SUMMARY:International Congress on Quality in Laboratory Medicine 6-7 of February 2020
DESCRIPTION:Success in preanalytical EQA\nIntegrated EQA is a completely new approach to External Quality Assessment. Labquality’s EQA programs integrate the pre- and postanalytical phases to the traditional analytical EQA. This approach covers the whole laboratory testing process and provides full support for the ISO 15189 standard requirements. \nThe importance of preanalytical phase has been an increasingly hot topic in recent years. As a result\, the demand for Labquality’s preanalytical schemes has been growing drastically. The amount of orders in 2019 has more than doubled compared to 2018! Since reporting of five results was allowed\, we have more than 1600 participants from 31 countries testing and improving their pre-analytical skills. \nAt the moment there are almost 40 integrated EQA programs and 5 preanalytical EQA programs available for medical laboratories and point of care testing.
