ВАС отмени стандарта по Обща и клинична патология
След внесена жалба от Българската асоциация по патология във Върховния административен съд срещу Наредба № 12/2016 г. за утвърждаване на медицински стандарт „Клинична патология“, днес стана ясно, че с решение №8709/27.06.2018 г. на Върховния административен съд се отменя медицинския стандарт по Обща и клинична патология. В мотивите се изтъкват липсата на изискване за качество при диагностика в Патологията, която е основа на медицината. Недофинансираните дейности в Патологията водят до най-ниското ниво на диагностика и голяма вероятност за множество грешни диагнози.…
